To preserve the original appearance of your Dimetribe products, we recommend you handle each piece with care and follow the maintenance advice below:
Daily Use
- Do not expose your products to direct heat and sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Keep your jewelry dry; we recommend putting it on after applying cosmetics and personal care products.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry in the sea, pool, or during sports. Chlorine and similar chemicals can tarnish the color of the jewelry, damage its structure, and cause stones to loosen.
- Limit contact with hard surfaces and other metals to prevent scratches and discoloration.
Cleaning
• We recommend using a soft cotton cloth for gentle cleaning of your jewelry.
Storage
- When not in use, store your jewelry in the protective pouch or box provided at the time of purchase.
- Metals and stones can scratch each other when in contact; therefore, we recommend storing each piece separately.
- Store chains fastened and flat to prevent tangling.
All our products are made to order. Production time varies depending on the product and takes 3-5 business days.
All our orders within Turkey are shipped with free shipping.
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping company.
Returns:
- Products must be unused, flawless, and in their original condition.
- All products must be sent with their original packaging, labels, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and protective elements, if any.
- We recommend sending return and exchange shipments via tracked cargo for your security.
Exchanges:
- Can be made for a different size of the same product, or
- For a different product (with price difference applied).
For exchanges, the current selling price of the product on the transaction date will be taken as a basis.
If the requested product is not in stock, your process will be finalized as a refund.
